Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase from https://zovarnyx.com.
Items that show signs of assembly, use, or damage not caused by shipping will not be eligible for a return.

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as ZOVARNYX LLC cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee:
ZOVARNYX LLC does not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or appears to be defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@zovarnyx.com or +1 (859) 543-2388. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue quickly. In such cases, ZOVARNYX LLC will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a replacement, provided the damage/defect is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after completing the inspection.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Google Pay, Stripe, Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal) within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above to return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you desire.
